22 years of building NATIVES — and the start of what’s next.
NATIVES has always been about one thing: helping people and organisations communicate clearly when it matters most. Over the past 22 years, I’ve built NATIVES from the ground up — with curiosity, caffeine, and a deep respect for the realities of corporate life: change, conflict, complexity, and the daily work of turning chaos into clarity.
That journey has been an adventure in every sense: building long-term client relationships, assembling a trusted network of experts, and learning (again and again) what makes change stick — not in theory, but in real teams, real projects, and real pressure.
Now NATIVES is transitioning. Not because the story is over — but because it’s evolving.
The world of communication is changing fast. Expectations are shifting. Technology is rewriting how we work, decide, and connect. And I’m choosing to move with that change — deliberately, optimistically, and with a pioneering spirit.
After 22 years of entrepreneurship, moving into the corporate world — into an organisation — isn’t a step back. It’s the logical next step.
As a founder, I’ve worked where the stakes are real: when communication breaks down, priorities collide, decisions stall, and change has to land in day-to-day behaviour — not just in slide decks. I’ve learned what holds under pressure: clear language, clean roles, decision discipline, and routines people can actually live with.
That experience fits organisational reality especially now, as organisations navigate transformation, speed, and the impact of AI on work and communication. What’s often missing isn’t ambition or technology — it’s implementation clarity: a shared story people trust, structures that reduce friction, and leadership communication that stays steady in uncertainty.
This is why the transition makes sense: I’m bringing the founder’s toolkit — strategy, facilitation, narrative, and execution discipline — into an environment where scale meets complexity, and where these skills can create measurable impact.
Alongside my core work in the corporate world, Moonshot remains my “lab” — Mallorca-based retreats and compact formats designed to create space for clarity, courageous decisions, and real recalibration. Not as an escape, but as a deliberate reset for leaders and teams who want to move forward with more direction and less noise.
Moonshot also reflects the shift we’re all living through: the acceleration of technology — especially AI — and the pressure it places on people, communication, and decision-making. In our sessions, we don’t treat AI as hype or threat. We treat it as a reality that needs translation: What should we use it for? Where do we not use it? How do we keep human judgement, responsibility, and tone intact while speed and automation increase?
Think of Moonshot as a small, experimental studio: less “big programme”, more high-quality intervention. A space where teams step out briefly, think better, speak clearer, and return with a plan that holds — including a practical view on what AI should (and should not) do in their world.
NATIVES remains part of my identity — and part of my legacy. But growth means movement.
Thanks for being part of the ride. If you want to stay connected.
